    • Plaintiff's Case Description

    • Defendant's Case Description (if applicable)

    • Damages Requested

    • Evidence files (photos, videos, PDFs) that you upload. Please be aware that any personal or sensitive information contained within your submitted case descriptions or evidence files will be processed by our AI services.

  • Usage Data: We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

  • To Communicate with You: To send you updates, notifications about your case status (e.g., defendant invited, verdict ready), and other service-related announcements.

  • For AI Processing: To feed your case details and evidence to our AI models for the purpose of simulating the Judge and Jury deliberation and generating the verdict.

  • For Internal Analytics: To monitor the usage of the Service, analyze trends, and improve the user experience and AI performance.

  • With AI Service Providers: Your case content (descriptions, evidence references) is shared with the AI models and services necessary to generate the Judge's Statement and jury deliberation summary.

  • With Payment Processors: Your payment information is shared with secure third-party payment gateways to process your point purchases. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

  • With Other Users: If you invite a Defendant to a case, their name and email address will be visible to the Plaintiff, and vice-versa, for the purpose of the case.

  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

    • Comply with a legal obligation.

    • Protect and defend the rights or property of JudgeJury.ai.

    • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
