Judge&Jury is a web-based application intended for entertainment purposes only. It provides a platform for users to submit fictional cases for deliberation by an AI Judge and a panel of AI Jury members. The Service does not provide legal advice, legal training, or professional legal services of any kind. Any decisions, verdicts, or advice generated by the AI are purely for amusement and should not be relied upon for any legal or professional matters.
3. User Account and Responsibilities
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You agree not to use the Service to:

Submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Monetization and Payment
The Service operates on a point-based system. Each case submitted costs 10 points. You can purchase points in increments of $10, which grants you 10 points. All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway.

No Refunds: All point purchases are final and non-refundable. Judge&Jury is not responsible for any issues arising from the third-party payment gateway.

Point Deductions: Points are deducted from your account balance immediately upon the submission of a new case.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the JudgeJury website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of this content without our express written permission.
By submitting content (case details, evidence, etc.) to the Service, you grant JudgeJury a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with the operation of the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JudgeJury makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to, its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. JudgeJury does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
