Store Policy

This Store Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the purchase and use of points within the JudgeJury.ai application (the "Service"). By purchasing points, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Point System Overview

The JudgeJury Service operates on a point-based system. Points are the virtual currency used to submit cases for deliberation by the AI Judge and Jury.

  • Cost Per Case: Each case submission requires 10 points.

  • Point Value: Points have no cash value outside of the JudgeJury Service and cannot be redeemed for real currency.

2. Purchasing Points

  • Purchase Increments: Points are available for purchase in fixed increments. Currently, the minimum purchase amount is $5, which grants you 5 points (for five case submissions).

  • Payment Processing: All point purchases are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal). JudgeJury does not directly collect or store your full payment card details. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party payment processor.

  • Availability: Points are typically added to your account immediately after a successful transaction. In rare cases of technical delays, points may take a short period to appear. If you experience a significant delay, please contact our support team.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate allocation of points to your account, all point purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • No Cash Redemption: Points cannot be converted back into cash or transferred to another user.

  • Service Unavailability: In the unlikely event that the JudgeJury Service becomes permanently unavailable, any remaining points in your account will be forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any such event.

4. Point Usage and Expiration

  • Deduction: Points are automatically deducted from your account balance when you successfully submit a case.

  • Expiration: Currently, points purchased for the JudgeJury Service do not expire. However, we reserve the right to introduce an expiration policy in the future, with appropriate notice to users.

  • Insufficient Points: If your account has fewer than 10 points, you will be prompted to purchase more points before you can submit a new case.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your JudgeJury account. Any points used from your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, will be considered valid deductions. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

6. Changes to This Store Policy

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Store Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page. Your continued purchase or use of points after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
